RETURNS
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
All sales are considered final.
We try our bests to provide accurate details about each item, including sizing, composition, and any visible flaws. Because of this, we do not usually accept returns.
However, if we made a mistake with your order, such as sending the wrong item or listing incorrect information, we will take full responsibility. In that case, we do accept returns.
Return timing
If you’re based in Italy, your return must arrive to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
For international customers, the return must arrive within 14 days.

We do not offer refunds. If your return is approved, you will receive store credit.
How to return your item
Please make sure the item is in the same condition you received it. This means:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Carefully packaged with the original invoice inside
Our return address is written on the original shipping label.
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item to make sure it meets the return conditions. Items that are damaged, stained, or altered cannot be accepted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
